Welcome to WAVE!

It is my greatest honor to serve as TOSA for our students with significant cognitive exceptionalities. I believe — and know — that all children can learn, and it is my calling to nurture their growth, success, and joy each day.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Brenau University and a Master of Science in Administration from the University of West Florida. For the past 23 years, I have proudly served Washington County Schools, and my mission has remained the same: to serve children and families with compassion, dedication, and love.

Beyond my role as an educator, I have had the privilege of being a licensed foster care mother, a Special Olympics volunteer, and a children’s Bible study leader. Each of these experiences has deepened my belief in the value, potential, and worth of every child.

At WAVE, we focus on ability, not limitation. Every small step forward is a victory worth celebrating. My faith inspires me to “be a light” for children, guiding them toward success in a safe, inclusive, and caring environment.

As a daughter, mother and grandmother, I understand the deep hopes and dreams families carry for their children. That is why our staff works tirelessly to provide the highest level of support, encouragement, and opportunity for every student we serve.

Together, with faith, partnership, and love, we will continue making waves of success for every child at WAVE School.
